I was determined to carry on, pushed myself too far, whole body shaking, just thrown up too, cant get my heart rate down for shit
Should never have tried it after football, gonna need to pack in football for 3 months because i play 2 times a week and it doesnt bode well
EDIT - I'm even more determined to do this now, will start again tomorrow, this is only my trial week anyway, getting to know the exercises

Im doing it too, i missed the first day as i had to work late then i had the airport run, but did day 1 yesterday and day 2 today then going to miss sundays rest and start day 1 again monday (as in week 2). The food is not as bad as it seems first either although im a really fussy eater anyway so had a good few servings of chicken breast with mixed salad. Today im finding it hard to lift anything with a bit of weight to it but I like the burning/achey feel because it makes me feel like iv done a proper workout.

Planning on doing this when we get our new place sorted, can't afford to splash out on equipment and healthier food at the moment (or really be arsed tbh). Will do once things have settled down a bit

That at me?
I do realise how hard it is, but try playing a full football match and then going straight into it, i guarantee it will be stupidly hard to do
I'll have no problem doing the stuff if thats all i do in the day
May try p90x in the mornings and football at night when it comes round again

If you think your arms are hurting today from yesterday then wait until tomorrow
The real burn always comes 2days after imo!

Not at you directly, but more in general tbh.
I didnt think they were going to be so hard when I sat here watching the vids, then when I started doing them I realised where he said you had to bring it you really do have to.

Yeah i agree, i was getting through it ok, starting to drop my reps obviously, but when you start being sick and shaking all over it's not a good sign
Defo capable of doing it, just need to decide whether to give up football to do it, which i think is a good idea, because getting in shape is more important than a kick around tbh

Yes, being sick is only for right at the end of the workout not the middle.
Being sick in the middle is for the weak.

Shaking muscles sounds good. Probably just reaching muscle destruction. Just do what you can. Do your best and forget the rest. Tony does stress to pace yourself. He'd prefer you to do less reps and complete it all, than go hard at the start and not finish.
