i worked out that if i created a working scale nuclear missile for the plane, that it would destroy 0.41 miles if detonated. Based on the full sized version destroying 20 square miles.

20 square miles is optimistic.

What kiloton warhead are you talking about?

5 miles is usually the radius of a nuclear strike, this is why nuclear war wouldn't be as devastating on the ground as people think.

It's the fallout and the inability to grown things years after which will kill.

Are you taking the piss? Tell me how a Tornado or any of the aircraft you have built be able to carry a 20 megaton warhead?

"For example, according to calculations by American specialists, the explosion of a 20-megaton thermonuclear device could raze all dwellings within a radius of up to 24 km from the explosion’s epicenter and destroy all life at a distance of up to 140 km."

24km = 14 miles and that is perfect conditions, usually airburst warhead over flat ground and I still feel that is optimistic.

ICBM yes, but you are talking about a tactical nuke launched from a god damm Tornado you imbecile.

Vulcan might be a push as well, B52 can carry 20 megaton warheads over short ranges and a B52 is a god damm war horse.

Vulcan actually has no chance of delivering 20mt warhead

"This was Britain's first nuclear missile. The Blue Steel was a liquid fuel air-to-surface strategic missile, carried by the British strategic "V-bombers" - the Vulcan B.2A and Victor B.2R. The missile began development in 1956, and entered service December 1962 with full operational status being achieved during 1963. The last Blue Steel was w1thdrawn from Victor squadron service at the end of 1968, and from Vulcan service at the end of 1970. Originally a large 200 kt fission warhead was planned, but this was later changed to a thermonuclear warhead with a yield of 1 megaton or more. This warhead was most likely an adapted Mk-28. About 57 of the missiles were ordered, and about 40 were deployed

The Blue Steel was 10.7 m long, had a wing span of 4.0 m, and weighed 6800 kg. It traveled at up to Mach 2.5, with a maximum range of approximately 200 km. The missile used in inertial navigation system that provided an accuracy of 100-700 yards (CEP). "

When the new houses were built up on Pinewood, during excavations, the first Stargate was discovered. Rumour has it that there are still bits of it all around Chantry.
