I live in the north and I'd say he's got a fair bit of house there for the money? Bit more expensive than up here but not massively. I'm guessing it's a nice area too?

How much was it? Looking at 400k+ for that house within an hours drive of my work, on this side of the Thames.

Frog tape for painting that's the way forward to keyboard hands like mine.

I used frogtape once. It was shit only reason I still use it is because it's low tack, compared to work issue masking tape I have used previously.

Do you use the yellow or green one? I think the yellow is better. The green one is dreadful.
