been a while since ive taken the car out for a good run, not tried it since fitting the new battery so thought sod it, abuse time. nice christmas lights in the back ground as well. festive as fuck.

went to visit my mate ste who had fitted a new exhaust and manifold to his corsa c20xe. i like his purpose built workshop. would like one of those for myself one day.

tempted to do something similar with the boot floor in my corsa so the exhaust can come out the centre of the rear bumper then cut holes in the rest of the bumper, speed holes that is.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwvtT2DMk80&feature=youtu.be

went to have a listen to the new exhaust on my mates car down the tunnel road to make a bit of noise. edited the video with a soundtrack towards the end. really sounds similar.......

on the way back from the middle of nowhere for some food, didnt quite see a massive puddle on the road, kinda ripped the whole sideskirt off the passenger side. i have a lot of luck with sideskirts and them falling off it seems. luckily ste waded into some shrubbery and found it intact with the jacking point cover. nice.

got among some food

then had to go fix a steering wheel related issue. ffs cars.

so after such a nice pleasant drive through the country ive now got to fix a sideskirt back on pmsl.

That stick like shit is bloody god stuff! I used some to stick some dado rail on the wall of my sitting room, it ended up pulling the plaster off he wall when I changed my mind a year later.

come to the conclusion that the skirt is actually slightly warped hence it wont clip in properly. its clipped in a few of them, and a couple underneath have attached. problem is i cant get them all in, and the skirt doesnt sit near enough to the body to glue it underneath.

this is my method of pressure applying to stick the skirt to the side. have to wait a few hours then move along a few inches ffs.

Not really done anything with it in ages so nothing to update. I have a new purchase that I am collecting tomorrow but I don't think its nature/type of thing will go down well as an update. Will see.

I bike up to see mates on evenings instead of driving now. Even started going for a run after work. I can't see me doing anything with the corsa this year, i have no plans, and no money really. Use and abuse instead of making improvements.
