yes you can mate hence why iv done it on all the corsas iv owned as have about 6 of my mates who also chopped theirs mate only need pigtail at bottom so it sits in the rear beam, the top wit will sit on the rubber cap

I really dont see the attraction to corsas that drag their arses along the floor. I had 6 of adams audi 17's in the back of mine the other week, and that pissed me off when i was driving because the bk was down and i couldnt see as well.
Plus, wont do anything for handling! But each to their own...

corsa on a 60mm kit always sits lower at the front, looks shit, chop em a bit as mark said so it sits level at the sills and i bet marks for example would out handle just as well as yours

ever noticed theres an engine at the front of the car, not the back?
corsas dont handle very well, and even worse down -60mm or more.
for better handling your best off with a few hundred quids worth of shocks and some decent -40mm springs, ie Koni

iam not saying they wont, as i no the is but iam just saying ive raced alot of mates around the country roads round mine, including saxo etc and they canrt keep up.
iam not trying to say mine is the best handling thing ever, just trying to say mine handles extremely well with it being so low
