You haven't though. By your own admission you are refusing to refund someone.

If, it is a big if, you had sent them and they got lost then you are able to claim a certain amount back from the post office, the recipient cannot do that.

It is your responsibility, that is why it is called trading. It is the whole transaction, not just receiving the money and 'losing things in the post'. You have the morals of an alleycat.

ye ok letgsi i have been over today and filled in a form to try get the cash back then i will gladly refund him untill i have the cash in my hand from the post office he can wistle

i have genuinely sent the item and he says he has not received thats a bit funny to me as sparcost got his next day exactly the same way i sent sonnys

lets look at the facts here
you blaitantly lied to everyone on here by saing you dont have paypal let alone me pay you by it..when i have the u2u to prove it along with the print screen you sent me
i have the u2u with you saiying there good nick apart from the missing lamps, u then said they had broken clips
you told me your sister spoke to me on the phone, then said it was your girfriend on here
i have phoned my sorting office, and they havent had anything through there for my address and havent sent anything undeliverable back to you, therefore its either lost in the post..or you never sent it
you said on here im not gettin a refund because you 100% sent them out
but then told me on the phone to fuck off ill get my money back when you have it..then said ill send you some depos..i agreed you said in your breakign thread youd sent them yesterday and was goign to send me a reciept..where is it?
you havent sent the fuckin lights jay..no ones stupid on here regardless of the arguments that have gone on its blaitantly obvious youve had me over so dont work your way out of it

i tell you what, take "my reciept" to the post office, and get them to print out proof of where that parcel was sent, if they say to me and you can prove that..u can keep my 45 quid and ill never speak to you again..dont say they cant do that because they can, my sorting office told me they can ive phoned them on numerous occasions and no one will answer..balls in your court if u can prove your self the takeaways on me if u cant i want a refund..fair?
