You'll have them busted in no time, says they're for light recreational use. Not powerhouses like you.

Bit late now but commute to work I'd have got mtb style spd's as they're easier to walk in. Roadie ones are a bit more difficult.

Will only be used for on the bike I keep my shoes at work under my desk ready for work so should be ok?

Did my first ever time trial event last week, 18.8mile course, managed an average of 21.5mph. not the hilliest of courses but did well on a road bike with no aero at all.

They look very similar to mine too, I've had no issues and they're really comfy.
If I set up a Corsasport Strava biking group would anyone be interested?

first test with spd sl went well. quite simple to use, actually find it harder to get my foot in than out. set off for a ride to see how they feel and my feet hurt from the shoes. can feel the added pull up in the calf as well.
typically sträva let me down when i stopped to take a photo of a train and the gps gave up. think i got about 20 miles done but i don't actually know.
verdict, favourable. will see what they are like with town cycling on monday morning.

What for! Thought it was only if you robbed a kom you could flag them.

No I'd doubt it was you anyway it's someone I know attempting to be really funny. It's just clearing me off all the leaderboards which is the annoying thing.

on the cs page it just shows this ride is no longer available. We actually have guy that flags peoples rd rides when he loses a kom and always uses the reason inaccurate data. He even done it when the tour of Britain riders stole 70% of his koms
