Its not bad actually. Will take more pics next time im there, but I was impressed for the money, seems a well built piece of kit.
Glovebox, vents, doors, window winders etc all function fine.
Seats will be going in once wiring is done. Can't wait to see them fitted
Just imagine 2 of these in the Van

Thanks for that Scott Glad your enjoying the thread.
The Airfilter is a K&N off my mates SEAT Leon Cupra R, he changed to a BMC Airbox so I had the filter

His Names Rod Taylor and he's been building XE's for use in grass track racing for many years. Works for a company called SMMC (Anyone who's into there grass track racing should of heard of him from the engines he's built which have been very successful). I believe he currently charges around 7k for a 260bhp (Wheel Horse power) XE for anyone who's interested But they don't do much injection..... just dirty great big carbs
UPDATE:
30th Jan 2008
Not many pictures tonight im afraid as there's not much new to take pics of. lol
Rear strut brace is now in and painted (As are the Eyelets for the Harnesses)
The interior panels and trim were refitted
Then we set about wiring the ECU up
All thats left to do on the wiring side now is connect the battery up, alternator and starter motor along with the twin fans.
Also these arrived ready for fitting on thursday
And how we left it
The list of jobs to do is getting smaller now
Fit 80mm rear springs
Fit seats
Finish wiring in engine bay
Fit Vacuum Hoses
Connect up coolant hoses to header tank
Fit brake servo hose
Fit Dashboard clocks
Fit additional gauges
Set Inlet Cam timing
Fit Dizzy cap, Rotor arm and coil
And thats about it

thats what i was thinkin, yes its a van but there is absolutely nothin sleeper about it, if you seen that behind u on the road u wud quite simply pull to the left and let it go past, does look wel though. any ideas on what hes gonna do about the front bumper?

Haha, yeah the Intercooler sort of gives the game away.... but from the front or the back its sleeper
We're pretty sure the Scooby's gone now im afraid. Cars stolen like that are 90% of the time recovered within the first few days and its been over 2 weeks now

Haha, I can't wait to see peoples faces driving it Especially if we put the Orange light on. At night I don't think the intercooler will get that noticed hopefully.
No idea what to do with the bumper yet.... I think it'll be one of those... Worry about it when we get to it. lol
Cheers for your comments guys.
