heres where i'm at so far. never really attempted anything like this before so for an just over an hours work, i'm quite pleased with myself.
as you can see, i've still got a lot to do like sourcing some wheels and then finalising the colour and reflections but hopefully, i should be finished in time to enter the comp.

Noble One, that looks so much like a local park it's unreal. It's not though
I had a bit of a bash at drawing some lines and that but it was an epic fail so I'm not bothering with that any more haha.

Neo, u seem to be making life very hard for yourself.
Its never going to look realistic, its going to look like a toon.

This is what i've got so far.
I've copied and pasted all the replacement bodyparts. I just need to brush over the lot and brush some new reflections. Oh, and change the background.

I know its not a chevy nova anymore, but i'm not just resotring it. I'm modifying it too
I assume thats allowed considdering we're not entering the cars into a concours competition and they don't have to be 100% original. We're just working with the picture in photoshop.

I got the bonnet and arches from one car. The roof from another, so it kinda is 2 pics stuck together. Its still gonna need a lot of work done to it. I'm basically using those pictures to give me the shape, then i'm going to brush over it all.
+ i got the front bumper from another, so its 3 pics

Well, its a mustand roof, a custom side, and the bonnet and front bumper of a 1971 chevy nova, so its neither.
As i said, i'm not just restoring it, i'm modifying it. Daza and Seany have different front ends.
Just because we're restoring the car, doesn't mean it has to look exactly like an original 1964 chevy nova.
