They're not castellated on the back though.
If they're too tight I'll nip past Jim Barker on Friday and do them again. No choice now, it's done.

They won't need doing again as long as the wheels spin. It's when you do them so tight it cracks the bearing casings. The wheels won't spin round when you get to that point though!
I thought the rears were locked nuts on that?
hammered into the groove in the stub axle to stop them undoing
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Nice. I'd be bringing the cutter to the car btw, rather than the other way round!

When applying it to the car put a strip of masking tape straight down the centre, it will hold it still on the car, peel back the application paper and stick it to the car and smooth down from there, you should then be able to pull back the bottom bit of paper whilst smoothing the lettering on.
Also, if there is any bubbles in the lettering put a tiny hole in it with the tip of a razor and smooth them out with your finger, not a squeegy as it will most likely crease the lettering.

Allways seems like you guys have late ones, I'd be down there helping out if I was still in St. Helens. If you have any questions when applying it give me a shout, happy to help as much as I can.

Spray water on the car with a spray bottle, it will help manouvre it. If you're laying it on bends use the water and then a heat gun once you're done to soften the vinyl to get in little gaps etc.

I only ever used water, no need for soapy water really. The vinyl will stick fine once you start to squeegy it down

All the water will do is help you manouvre the vinyl around a bit when placing it on, it won't fully stick to it until you start to squeegy it down.
