There's a gauze like disk that sits between the lid and body of the shaker - thats what mixes it, doesn't work well with all brands of powder. The one i have now needs to be blended for it to mix but the previous one worked great in the shaker.

Nope, not one lump in it at all. Its only powder, as long as its not all compacted then it being in there and shaking it up will easily mix it all in.

Oooo....my REAL P90X DVD's have just been delivered. £25 new from Amazon - dont have the fitness or nutrition books though but didnt want them as got them as PDF's.
Have installed an old LCD I have in the gym/garage and bought a cheap DVD player out so I dont have to keep carrying my laptop out there.

The myprotein strawberry stuff tastes identical to Nesquik when mixed with milk, just a bit thicker.

I just got some unflavoured myprotein whey powder and its not too bad, had a lot worse. Seems to be good though. Mixes really well in a shaker.

Paul, i use My Protein strawberry whey, mixed with milk it mixes really well and tastes just like strawberry yazoo. tastes gorgeous.
i also tried a month period of the impact milk isolate in strawberry flavour, it tasted fucking awful.

I got the body fortress whey in vanilla its drinkable but not something you would pick up and drink, think il go for the myprotein one.

Nutritional profile is much better than my protein and body fortress. Yeah they are cheap but they arent as good quality. PHd add things like leucine, bcca's etc to their shakes and it really makes a difference.
Ill be on the 6hr casein blend for 4 weeks, with waxy maize as my carb source - however that ill just be getting from MP as its so damn cheap lol.
PHd do banana, vanilla and strawberry creme too and there all pretty good. If you dont mind paying £35 for 2.27kg then its worth having.

Whats everyone using dumbell wise?
Ive got ones that are adjustable, but it was a bit of a pain in the arse last night having to continually change them for each exercise.
Have been looking for fixed weight dumbell sets, but you're talking £200 for 6 set ranging from 5 to 17.5kg.

White chocolate is the 6hr release stuff, cant get it in pharma whey guise. Diet whey is 0 carbs and has stuff like green tea extract in it to help target fat loss.

just finished yoga x... its the first bit that i hate, i don't mind the second half... first half is so repetitive... constant runners pose, swinging leg under, warrior1, warrior 2, warrior 3, plank, pinyatta, upward dog, downward dog
AGAIN AND AGAIN

Ive installed one of these over the rafters in the garage where the gym is, fit is perfect for the angled arms to be just over either rafter and leaving the middle for the narrow handed pullups.
