was so obvious. cash in now imo, 30m+ for an ageing injury prone striker is good business, especially when you have 2 world class strikers for back up.

Thing is, know that Juve have started the bidding at £8m, I don't think they'll get £30+
Think as Tommy said 15-20 is more realistic for an old man in the last year of his contract

You know what, i've got a feeling Podolski is going to be a big success in the PL. Yeah he had a shit Euro's but judging someone you've already bought, on performances at the Euro's alone, is as bad as buying someone off the back of their performance at the Euro's alone.
Fuck RVP. He's disapointed me. 8 seasons. Only 122 games. One great season in 8. He was keen enough to sign a new contract when he was crocked. Then as soon as he has a good season he fucks off. I blame the board etc etc too but I liked to think he had more about him than this.
Here's hoping he gets crocked asap at his new club.

Poldi by no means had a shit euros tbf, got his 100th cap and grabbed a goal from his less preferred LW position
Hopefully he'll be main man now rather than him and Giroud, unless we sign yet another striker :/

Weird that Spurs had this problem with Bales contract running down, and got him to sign a 4 year deal, in a wage structure, without champions league football, yet Arsenal couldn't get their top player to sign...
