Update:
I have been to the scrappy recently and have been picking up a few more black plastics for the interior along with a black parcel shelf all for £15
A new steering wheel is on order which will hopefully be delivered within the next 2 weeks, i just need a momo boss to fit it.
I am also looking to buy a second set of wheels to use during the winter & hopefully buy some 6000k HID's.

Cheers sean, yeah quite liked it as not many people have one similar. Also its 20mm smaller in size in comparison to the standard Vaux 2 spoke so should look quite smart fitted. Just need to order a momo boss kit & wheel puller

Thanks lads, its a nightmare to keep the bay clean but once you've spent the initial few hours on it it does bring it up nice.

Good stuff Neil, yeah players show was really good, well planned and the weather couldn't have been better. Had a nice chilled out vibe only problem i had was the jelous badge snob 'chavs' in beat up old VW's who decided to take the piss a bit due to owning a vauxhall & it being on show rest of the organisers and most folk there were sound though.
Ah man, thats unlucky but there is always Ultimate Dubs early next year

Winter mode update:
While out in brum this weekend i met up with Brett aka Asrat to buy some wheels, they are 15 x 6.5j and off a Cavalier Expression. Top lad to deal with & the wheels are spot on I shall be re-furbing them and might throw a bit of gold paint on the lips so that my roof rails down look too out of place

Faz: yes mate, the dredded rust. As its an old car now there is rust on the bottom corners of the front doors, bonnet is shot and there is also rust on the slam pannel. We have now got access to a unit so are setting up an area to work/spray. Over the winter months we'll either be spraying the 2 sides/new bonnet/wing/slam pannel or going for a full re-spray in original smoke grey
