Thanks , In but not running is my guess. My mate from work is coming next weekend to weld up the exhaust so might have it all together by then.

Parent come round....
I couldn't leave a cordless drill any where in the house before, now i got a TB and full brake setup in the living room untili move it tomorrow morning. No comlaints from dad(odd) and mum just asked why i needed another brake setup
She is even ok with me doing an engine conversion! Advised me to get some kind of Gazebo or something in case it rains when the work is in progress!!!

Update
Bought EBC greenstuff pads
Stripped down callipers and repainted them black, re did the suspension components as well, will be under sealing over the top of those as well as the hammerite doesn't last long.
Also refurbed the parts I'd be keeping form the gear linkage and fitted them to my M Tech quickshift conversion linkage.

I bet your mum is 97% near suicide with all this work.
Your old man must be getting a thick ear or two.

Jay: My mom loves it can't get enough of engines these days
Gav: Thanks, I'm in love with it too!
Doyle: It's all easy once you give it ago, and I wish I knew how to change a car tyre one of the few things I have to use a garage for.
Jakey: Got it off of eBay, I've got a Sachs Performance clutch kit for a pot type flywheel for sale if you're after one.
Jay W: No, but I could roll it in glitter for you.

Was the wrong front gearbox mount in the end, has to be one off of a 16v car not an 8v!
