Been extremely busy with customers cars.
Managed to weld a trolley for it to sit on today and took it outside to be degreased and pressure washed underneath.
Will go into tomorrow and prep and seal the underside then paint all underneath, engine bay and front tub Monday morning, yes finally some colour

Yeah it's basically a two pack product so can layer up and it will still dry. You split the bag to mix it.
I'll get the 3m number if you want.
Underside will be body colour.

One holiday for a week for father in laws 50th then a long weekend in Malta for a stag do, the weekend before lemans so car must be finished before then. Arrrgggghhh

What a long day, one of those jobs that takes twice as long.
Lots of cleaning still had to be done, aswell as a bit of welding because of rust and broken studs.
all sealed up now with 3M sprayable sealer 08800

i taped up the tops as it always squeezes out the top, and you'll need this gun to spray it

all done and ready for paint early tomorrow morning

Cheers marc

Graeme you can put loads on and it stays there , rather than running like stonechip.
you will need at least ten bags to do the whole underside of an average car and is around £15 a bag.
i used teroson stonchip on the floorpan as it had no damage to the original stonechip protection.
and yes painting the underside, front tub and engine bay tomorrow .

Used it on my brothers viva too.
We use to use it on Porsches all the time as part of the life time guarantee.
