Been dailying the Corsa since Billing and loving it but time to get back in the actual daily now!
Gave it a clean and took it to a local meet today, well worth the effort I put in doing loads of bitsand bobs before Billing, really happy how its looking.
Won't be long until I have it out for a drive

Bump
Came across another picture from the last meet I attended.
Car hasn't been touched since then, the daily TT is getting some much needed fixups / tweaks done on it.

Car is looking well nice now mate. Making a nice job of it. Looks stunning in white. Your car would look mega nice with some of the bits from mine. I've decided to break mine down, just not got the time for it anymore. There is a fully powder coated rear beem with cavy anti roll bar and full polly bushed. It also comes with powder coated back plate, brand new wheel cylinders, new shoes, brand new drums painted black and refurbished stub pins with brand new wheel bearings fitted. There is also braided hoses fitted to it. I would throw in the front hoses aswell. Would set yours off real nice. There is a load more stuff that would look good on your motor. Have a look at my liquid yellow project. Every thing is going bud.
Anyway keep up the good work, looking stunning

Took it in for an MOT today
And home with a 12 month ticket
I'd imagine that is pretty much it now for this year, won't be used much more until after the winter. I am hoping to have the rear arch sorted before I start using it again.

Cheers Ant, tempted to get some kind of dust cover or something for it to keep it nice and fresh.

I know of a couple of others but they are both long term restorations. Hows yours going? Any progress?

Insurance was due today so swapped companies, actually paying a bit more but have the wheels and suspension insured like for like and an agreed value so worth it in my eyes.
Car was in the body shop for a few weeks getting some bits tidied up, not touched it since I got it back as it's too cold / wet for me to be interested Got a big box of service bits to fit once the weather improves.
Only picture I have taken since September, just back from the bodyshop here so quite dirty and dusty, will be getting a full going over with the polisher.

Drivers side rear arch cut out and replaced.
Split b pillar welded up.
Two brand new skirts painted.
Drivers side fully painted so it all matches.
VBOA has moved from Billing now, it's going to be in Peterborough this year, not sure I will be able to go as my wedding reception is on the Friday so Saturday I will be wiped out, might try and get down on the Sunday though

Ohh never knew that..who u ended up with for the insurance? Would footman James not insure like for like?

With Greenlight now mate. Basically, when I first got the car I went with Footman James and insured as lowered and aftermarket wheels. As they are becoming worth a bit now I wanted to get an agreed value so I had to detail the mods and since buying it I've dropped it quite a bit, Footman James wouldn't insure anything lowered more than an inch
Isn't worth the risk to me not being declared properly so moved.

Need to supply some pictures of the car to my insurance company for the agreed valuation so thought I better wash off the dust
Car needs a decent going over now, paint it very rough after sitting in a body shop for a few weeks so a clay and polish is on the cards shortly.
Random mix of pictures but this is how the car is standing now.

Looks great mate..how does the agreed value work? Do you and the insurance company have to come to an agreement on value?

Yeah pretty much mate, I've put a value on it and they will hopefully agree to it when I send the pictures in. Just want to make sure if anything happens to it I don't end up being offered book price of about £150
