Have to agree with the weather being pants, went out for a blat round the coast road and instantly wished I'd stayed in my bed after night shift instead.

Fecking wind.....

Barnpot - I like that one!

We've raised over £10k for Macmillan and Rotary so I think it's all worth it

Started my packing for Lejog departure on Friday ....first step is to get everything that could be useful in one place (done!) Then separate it into cycling clobber, light evening wear, medical stuff, food, drink and gels, bars and powders, tools, electrical and chargers (done!) next thing is to cut out what I can do without and work out how to make it fit into 2 bags and on my person (not done). Cat is trying to get in on the action - not sure if she's coming or not yet.

Fucking hell mate! Good luck with that.

I will say I've visited both lands end and john'o'groats. I saw quite a few cyclists and not one looked happy lol....

Would be something I'd love to do one day, but I doubt I ever will....

Shouldn't need a 42 rear where you live pal. 36 is plenty for round here, and we have hills.
