The Mummy (1959)
Pretty bad to be honest. Not the acting or the special effects and sets. They were fine! The story was just a mess and the last 30 minutes felt rushed.

Upon second viewing I'm upgrading Fury to 9/10. First time round I enjoyed the film but couldn't help feel that something was missing, and that my friends is an epic story. Much like the old war films I used to watch when I was little such as A Bridge Too Far and whatnot there is no deep, meaningful storyline and watching it again after realising that made me enjoy it more. It's a very well made war film in its truest form and that's why it's getting 9/10.
Honourable mention for Shia LaBeouf, played the part brilliantly. Looks like he's been wasted a little on Transformers up til now, looking forward to seeing him in more serious stuff!

Dawn of the planet of the apes - 6/10 at best. Not sure why it scored so highly. Same story as a million other films, with apes.
