Gave the car a clean at the weekend and so we went an took some photos before winter mode kicks in lol the photos came out really well and were used in another little Feature

Small update for this weekend, i've been working on my winter wheels as i really need to get them fitted before the gritters start dumping salt everywhere.
filled & sorted the curbing and have sprayed them smoke grey (same colour as the car) just need to finish them with a bit of gold, custom centre caps and some lacquer.

Winter mode is fast approaching, the lips of the wheels above have now been sprayed gold & lacquered no photos unfortunately as i've no batteries for the camera and its too dark for my phone .. D'oh

tyres will be ordered on payday & i shall be going for a set of narrow 165/50/15's on these as they are 6.5j in width and vauxhall offset so would be likey to rub the suspension with the 195/45 profiles on.

Now that i've got a set of winters in 15's and the bbs's are 15's too it will alow for a brake upgrade either 2.0 or slightly bigger, these are on teh list to do over winter when i'm working on a few more bits an pieces.

As for engine bay I've a few parts that need chrome plating & polishing, the polishing will be done by myself but the chrome plating will get done proffessionally by Dav @ purklass.



Just a quick summery winter plans are:


    -Winter wheels
    -H.I.D kit
    -Underseal & paint
    -Brake upgrade
    -Engine Dressing
    -Fit BBS Steering wheel
    -Re-paint interior trim & finish flocking
    -Fit the new bonnet/passenger wing
    -Re-spray - Smoke grey metalic (keeping plastics black)

6000k H.I.D kit fited which i bought from MJ on here, top lad to deal with and a great bit of kit.

Also managed to get a photo of the corsa into this months Performance VW will get a scan up in a mo

HID's are great TBH find them a fair bit brighter than standard. Think the 6000k is a bit too blue though i'll try and get a couple of pics up
