Thanks mate They are the 8" wide ones as opposed to the VW version which was 7.5" so they fill out the arches quite nicely

The current silver isn't bad but i was going to see if i can find anywhere that can ball burnish them so i can get them like the original anniversary wheel finish, if not i was thinking a liquid chrome sort of colour which isnt to far off.

Yeah they do make a big difference

Yeah the original wheels they came with before the recall were ball burnished ones, not really looked into who can do it and how much yet though. And then there is the problem of will they still flake like the original ones from VW did?

Shadow chrome does look pretty good not too ott imo i would look at what other people have done but then it will make me want to get them done now

Quick question, what side of the grill is your gti badge on?

Dont have a clue Rob. Probably just get a good fixed height kit as i dont really need coilies as when on my corsa i never adjusted the height etc. Probably wont touch suspension for a while though as it doesnt sit too bad as it is

Yeah ill look into the finishes in june i think Badge is on the left if you are standing in front of the car looking at it, but on the right of the grill itself if that makes sense lol
