I don't want to fall out with anyone over this as it's pretty fucking stupid, but to me the Scottish clinging onto something that happened 30 years ago before most of the people whining on about it were born is pretty pathetic.

Most of the Scottish members on here are doing alright aren't they? I don't see what Maggie Thatcher done 30 years to have effected them now?

I just think you want an excuse to hate the English which is just pathetic.

It'll quite clearly be anotehr shambles.

The most likely outcome is Labour get back in if there's another election in september.

Steve and OJC and whoever else......

You were fuming at the fact Gordon Brown remained in office for 5 days when his party failed to win the election. What is your opinion on the potential that Nick Clegg will be the Deputy Prime Minister for the next 4 years when his party has went backwards from the last election?

What age were you during WW2?

Although yes, you can only hold a grudge for so long.

Clegg had the chance to join either the tories or labour. His policies are much closer to what labours are yet he decides to go with the tories. Why is this?

You've not answered the question all you've done is made an assumption based on your own understanding.

There is genuine potential that Nick Clegg will be in the line of command and members of his party will be in the cabinet.

Question still not answered.....why was Gordon Brown a squatter whilst fulfilling a constitutional requirement yet Clegg receives no slating when his party has done worse in this election that the last yet has vastly more power.
