What a complete dick.

1300 is cheap for a mint, low mileage b, regardless of the engine.

By all means go and buy a 650 quid one, then spend more than double that fixing the rust, faded paint and then adding suspension and nice bits.

I agree! Plus it's had an engine rebuild on a practically new engine already because of a chocolate camshaft.
It is honestly rust free! Only problem with it is its currently filthy lol

Think I've decided I'm going to put it back standard and sell it on for 1100 ish. I'd sooner keep it than give it away

Your a bell end mate!!! I paid £1600 for my mint 1.4 sport 18 months ago bog standard. Since added fk coilovers,porsche twist reps,heko wind deflectors,mhw rears and depos at front and id only sell mine for about £1300-£1500 with full mot and tax. Beetlegavs is a good price for the car wether or not its a bloody 1ltr. Perfect for a c20xe or c20let conversion.
