What knid of hose did you use on the return? Is it rubber or PTFE?
PTFE will leak with just a hose clip.

rubber doughnuts for bottom of rad to sit in
thermostat gaskets
new water temp sensor
new vs old
and fitted to the test block
also got my rad back today from having the outlets changed
and bought myself a nice little catch tank, might have it polished up but undecided yet??

Ah, yeah if it's PTFE lined it will leak, not a lot because it's only low pressure. Who did it for you? Pirtek.
The way I would do it is, have a tapered adaptor screwed into the block, with a parellel BSP male on the other side, screw a female swivel fitting swaged onto the hose, then the fitting on your turbo needs to be swaged on. Has the end of the fitting got the barbs like the banjo hi pressure fitting?

Have you got a set of vernier calipers? If you measure the threads I'll tell you what you need, and measure the tail that comes off the flange, and let me know if it's got the ridges on it.
