N7 THD - cheers mate , it's a place in ayelsford behind a train station, I think it's a old scrap metal place. Does look amazing when your there. Didn't even know it was there and it's only 30 seconds from my house lol

Update:

Beam turned up today, cheers Tom (eclesturbo)

Straight away I striped the bits off it.



The bushes put up a fight, smashed my hands a few times!

One plate off






Then the other side





So gonna get the beam powder coated once I have got over a predicament!

I took the arb off to spray that silver, also gonna get all new shiney bolts alround, some braided hoses, new discs and pads.

But first gotta sort this s**t out!

The hole in the middle of the beam is too small for my astra hubs. Because the astra ones have abs sensor and the Corsa didn't, so the hole will need enlarging. How the F am I gonna do that? Also gotta drill new holes for it. But other than that it's fine so far lol.

Any help on how to get the centre bigger would help loads!

Well not much done today:

Took the beam to stigs today to get the plates wealded on,





Then cut the bigg fuck off hole in the middle out and drilled to bolt holes,



Hubs and discs in place,







All I have to do now is get it powdercoated, new discs and pads, new bolts, and brake lines.

Will update when i have the money to purchase it all lol.
