They jumped around on Saturday a bit as well. But the presentation is next weekend.
I wouldn't of thought SAF will want to surrender awesome home form so wouldn't be surprised to see some big names playing even if its just to keep their fitness up by playing one half or the 1st 60 minutes! Darren Fletcher will certainly be playing!

I guess they are struggling to get a time to do it before then. Last league game next weekend then CL Final the weekend after. That'll be the earliest they can do it.

gets other teams around (last year we had AC Milan, Lyon and Celtic), is a good pre-season workout, gives everyone a chance to attend an Arsenal match for £25 and generates some additional match day revenue for the club. obviously
