Need another goal. Udinese are a lot better than I thought they were going to be. Going to be tough away fixture.

Effort on goal was poor, but that's why he needs to be played down the middle.

Not the sort of score you want to take to italy but it'll do.
Gervinho has no left foot.

You just know it would have been one of those games where everybody starts leaving in the 85th minute too...!

Arsenal were pretty poor last night. Glad to see Djourou and Gibbs are likely to be unavailable for Saturday

Last night was quality. 1-0 down for the entire match after dominating play then scored in the 90th and 96th minute. To say Selhurst erupted (more than normal) is an understatement. It doesn't matter at the moment but its so nice to not see us in 19th place which is a position which has been consistently ours for three seasons now.

My comments:
Sagna: immense, absolute class display
Chesney: did very well to keep us in it and amde some great saves on the few times we were troubled
Koscielny: looked good, let down by Vermaelen IMO
Gibbs: injured after 45 mins... we should get used to that
Gervinho: looked lively but didnt give much end product
Chamakh: utter utter wank, lazy, fat, useless. not his best position to be honest, for us hes a much better impact sub but we need someone who can pass the ball for him to haad (Sagna)
Walcott: good for the goal, should have been more clinical on the othere TWO guilt edged opportunities (needs to play up front more)
Frimpong: looked handy when he came on
Great start, great firts goal, some lively play and then 2nd half we just ceded to them i dont believe they are that good (or very good at all tbh) but they bossed us 2nd half and i dont see us goign through at this stage. we should have RVP and maybe Nasri back but again... no creativity, no plan b... long season ahead
also makes me chuckle seeing ramsey and walcott et al going on about how we looked solid at the back and had 2 clan sheets now 2 clean sheets against average teams and also, a clean sheet does not necy equal solid at the back
