Insidious 2. Best horror film seen in ages.

The poltergeist (2015) after starting really good, after around 50 mins it went to shit, along with the story. 6/10

Man up

Typical English love film. Got slightly better towards the end, with some funny jokes.

6/10

Ex Machina - now that's what a call a film!!!

CGI was top notch, the scenery was awesome!

Really makes you think about AI... and that we're not that far off this. Probably another 30-40 years?!? Scary stuff!!!

9.5/10

Mad Max..... 6/10

In some ways it was brilliantly unique and fanstastic, but in other ways it was a tad thin and a bit lame.

Charlize stole the show, visually great in most places, effects were good, story was iffy and Tom Hardy was terrible.

Home - 3/10 at best.

Watched probably ever kids cartoon ever with having a 4 year old. This was pretty awful. Basically a 90 minute Rihanna promotion.

Blackhat - 1/10 - Storyline is stupidly far-fetched and the majority of the acting is pretty poor. What really ruined it was Mann's overuse of handheld shots and dodgy sound and gun muzzle flash effects (no different to Miami Vice); just makes it look like it's amateur-hour.

I disagree with end part. Everybody I've spoken to hasn't heard of it, or hasn't watched it. Not seen anything on the Internet about it.

I'm in two mind whether or not i should see Jurassic World.

What's the CGI/realism like in Jurassic World?
The trailers made it look terrible (i know it came out that a of the CGI wasn't finished and a number of shots were quickly put together for the trailers) and i've read a handful of reviews which have slated it for realism or lack of due to limited use of animatronics and overloading it on CGI with dodgy physics and unrealistic camera angles, typical of most films now, and it not really standing up to the the original films (certainly the first two; JP3 was pretty dodgy in places).

Does it diminish the original films in any way or is better to think of it as it's own film, ie - like the Robocop reboot?
