Ex Machina - 6/10

Think I was expecting more after seeing people's scores on here. It was good, just nothing that made me think it was brilliant

Lucy - 8/10

Loved the style of the film and the fast pace. If only it were longer.

Jurassic World (3D) - 6.5/10 - It's not as bad as some reviews make it out to be (the CGI is reasonable) and it certainly bettered my expectation but it didn't have the same impact the original films had and there's nothing particularly rememberable or 'special' about it - it comes across like another OTT summer action flick.
Overall it's worth a watch but i'm in no rush to re-watch it or own it on DVD/Blu-ray.

Jurrasic World tonight, certainly possibly the best of the sequels?

Story probably would have Crichton turning in his cryo chamber but it was acceptable and some of the audio had me reliving childhood nightmares from the original.

Not sure how it took four films before there was a themepark full of people to eat, but I'm glad they got round to it.

Edit: 7/10 - worth a watch.

Most wanted man 6.5/10

Interesting and some suspense, but the story just lacked execution I think. Hoffman was absolutely brilliant in it, worth a watch just for that tbh, that and McAdam's arse obvs.

Poltergeist (2015) 4/10.
Pretty meh, just like all remakes/reboots seem to be.

Saw the original Terminator on the big screen tonight, special effects were amazing for the time it was out imo but the rubber arnie face halfway through definitely reminded me how old it was 9/10

Terminator Genisys 6 maybe 7 out of 10 for Arnold alone, but they really did fuck up the big twist by showing it in all the trailers, the guy who played Reese had no charisma at all, the girl who played Sarah Conner no way lives up to Linda Hamilton and considering she is supposedly raised to be a badass by a Terminator shes pretty lame.

Jurrasic World - 8.5/10

Very good. I enjoyed the racist slur when the Pachys escaped.
