yea just looked. is the head completeley fucked? any damage to block or is the block reusable

block bores look and feel fine.

Head looks fuckered in my opinion, but some have said its fixable.

I have a spare head anyway. KS with external oilway fixings (where its gone i dunno )

done some work on it today. fitted the bonnet and fit is perfect

5 days to go to its first outing. engines running. sounds nice, em light on at the moment which i gota sort. exhaust isnt stupidly loud which is good, windows hopefully arrive 2mra. bonnet all pinned down and boot. will get some pics 2mra

dont tempt us lol. we both decided not to rush it to finish it as it looks brilliant in the flesh and would be a shame to ruin it with pop rivets etc to hold them in

i doubt they would let it on track as unsafe like that plus the sunroof one isnt done yet either. engine sounds sweet on a plus note thou

im gonna come round in the middle of the night and rivet them in! never know, it might happen overnight............ or is that unlikely?

Not that quick - should be done hard overnight. It's what I used to stick my arches on with and it took about an hour or so. But you can get quicker stuff though.
