10 shot per cylinder is max i think

so 40 shot, prob get a controller though

used flapper wheels in the ports, worked a treat

then used some kind or rubber looking thing!?!?! that worked good too

just needs to be skimmed alot (to bring compression back up) and valve seats recut

x16xe rods on z18xe pistons (weaker 1.8 rod on left)

pistons in block

had fun modifing the pick up pick to clear the sump, then hit the conrod bolts! so spent ages getting it to clear the rods, then moddifing sump baffel plate (a big hammer was used!)

cut down dipstick to fit also

if anyone else does this, just use the 1.8 sump, saves alot of hassel!!

Why didnt you just use the 1.8 sump yourself? Does it not fit around the exhaust mani or something?

yes gavin, and i didnt think it would of been this hard

as for the injectors, they have a very good open/close rate and are very good injectors

will prob only use about 50-60% of there max duty cycle

but brosters running the same ones on this and recommended them, prob run at low pressure, 2.5 bar i guess :s

Hmm, might as well downsize the injectors and up the pressure slightly IMO
