Yeah, as long as they don't replace them you'll be in there.
Come on
Yeah, because it'll be such a simple job to replace Ronaldo
You're talking like you can go and grab another world player of the year off the shelf and he'll fit right in and score the vast majority of goals next season.

Alsono has said numerous times since the end of the season how he is happy here. Rafa has said, and the club made an official statement, saying that neither will go for any price.
As far as I am concerned, unless someone comes in with a stupid offer, that means neither are going anywhere.

United will be fine.
Tevez should of stayed. Bit disappointed at that, not like he was offered a bad deal. Hope it works out for him where ever he ends up (apart from if its Liverpool).

Can't aruge with his reasons for not going to United, he obviously wasn't happy with not playing all the time, and they didn't exactly rush in trying to keep him there.
From what Kia said on talksport, sounds like he'd prefer City over Chelsea tbh.
"He likes a challenge" etc...

Isn't living down south enough of a challenge?

Can't imagine living anywhere would be a challenge with 100k+ per week.
But i assume he's probably settled in Manchester and getting to different part of it would be easier than moving down south.

Ballack seemed to think it was too expensive living down south even though he was/is on £140k a week

Whats bollocks about it?
Its true United have had 2 years to consider the deal. And Id imagine (as most clubs would probably do) they were pushing for an answer as if he doesnt want to join then they'll want to push ahead with other targets.
Its not like they really wanted him, made an offer months and months ago (as they should of done) and he is now fucking them off.

10 days to decide
So as he has said in the past, he is happy where he lives, daughter is learning english, he's settled in the north west. The money on offer is over 100k a week, for 5 years, playing champions league football every year, for the best team in the league
TBH it's not really that hard a decision to make is it? Apparantely he loves the fans also
So basically the decision was do you want to wear a blue shirt, and play in the carling cup next season, and maybe not even finish in a european position. Or play in the best comp in the world (CL)
Anyway, saving 25million and 120k a week off the wage bill is fine by me
Can use that 25million and the wages to buy a more prolific player

Of course its not as easy as that.
Add in...do you want to play every week? Do you want to play for a club thats fucked you off this season? Do you want to play for a club who didnt want you right up until 10 days ago?

No player is guaranteed to start every week at a club like United, scum, chavski
Ronaldo has gone, so more chance of him playing more often
Club did want him, but didn't want to pay the agreed amount two years ago (which is understandable, because he wasn't worth it) And used the economic climate as an excuse which was poor. But remember, he scored 4 goals in the league all season, i think vidic wasnt far off that

Yeah Im not arguing him fee, I agree he isnt worth that....but why wait until 10 days ago to do any deal at all. It doesnt exactly scream 'I want you' to him.

No i know it doesn't, but i don't believe fergie would lie on TV and say he was in talks with him a good few weeks, couple of months ago.
And complain that it's hard work because of who they were dealing with etc. So i don't believe a word that Kia j20 guy says

Why wouldnt he lie? Because he has been such an honest and straight guy in the past?
We had no problems with Kia and the Masch deal tbh.

Tevez played 51 games for united this season, 17 of them as a sub, and scored 15 goals
Berbatov played 45 times, 8 of them as a sub, scoring 14 times
They both had an identical number of starts this season, yet Berbatov was considered to have a bad season, and tevez never played

Wasn't £30million for a start, and Masch had a place in the team straight away, because there was no competition in CM, (because gerrard played further up the pitch.
Where as Tevez, is competing for one of 2 places, against rooney, berbatov, and ronaldo (when he played up front)

No, I wasnt pointing to the fact he was in the team or not (which, actually, wasnt easy for Masch as Gerrard and Alonso were well established together in the centre at the point when he joined) - I was more pointng out Kia made no problems when negotiating his price, contract, etc.

PL...
Berb started 29, came on 2, scored 9.
Tevez started 18, came on 11, scored 5.

Because the fee you agreed you decided he was worth and had no problems in paying it, around 20 million?
Where we came unstuck is that tevez wasn't worth what was agreed when he came on loan
