Yeah, you've got Papy Djodhfjsofhsh instead
I would guess because Chelsea were the first team to do it, and it's considered the norm now to spend a fortune, also the amount of money in the prem is far more than it was when Chelsea bought the league
Song has signed another year loan at West Ham, good news

Can anyone tell me why it clubs have months to sign players and always leave it until the last minute to sort it out?
Much rather they didn't fuck around and did the deals before today.

Why do City seldom get accused of buying the league like we used to get? or am I mistaken? Also, I heard about this Stones song from Everton fans, yet, nothing from Liverpool or anything of the sorts with regards to City and Sterling
I'm glad we didn't buy Stones. Farcical amount of money.
Man United are the worst for it and they've got nowhere, so I guess people don't really care anymore? Only bitter Arsenal fans.

Get even better, reports from Spain that the Navas deal went through but they fucked up the De Gea one
I'm sure they will find a way to force it through, "computer glitch" or something but lol if they dont

After such a long draw out transfer you can't really have any sympathy. Was there any reason this could not have happened a week ago?
Apparently no-one has ever had a successfully transfer appeal so it doesn't look good for them.
At least there will be competition for places. The problem for De Gea is going to be his national place. You can be playing a keeper that never plays any games and its the run up to the Euros

What a fuck up that was/is.
Does make you wonder whether he'll be right to play or not, at least they've got the two week break now for him to get.himself sorted out and realise he's.got to.endure another busy year with no defence in front of him

Luis Enrique to West Brom, another fairly decent signing for them, maybe they won't finish bottom after all

Apparently the paperwork came through seconds after the window closed
If LVG sticks to his guns, DDG will either have to sign a contract, or waste a year in the stands.

Cash and navas coming our way was fine for a player who clearly doesn't want to be at United.
ADM came out today and has said he didn't get along with Van Gaal.. Shocker.

Sounds like ManU sent the docs right on midnight and thought that was OK. Someone needs to explain that email is not instant (or even guaranteed!)

Hell of a window for West Ham, looks like Moses, Jelavic and Anotnio have all signed today, adding to Payet, Obiang, Ogbonna, Song etc... Earlier on, some good looking players in there

Virgil van Dijk to Southampton. Solid signing for the Saints. Goes someway to replacing Clyne. Knew he wouldn't be in Scottish football for long.

I'm happy with just Payet! He looks incredible already.

I don't think LVG is as silly as his rubbery complexion suggests.

Derby County have spent roughly twice as much as Arsenal in this window.
Robbo and Ben J will be turning in their graves

I doubt we will see any surprise announcements between now and 9.
