You can use bspec on indy 500. It wins you the '69 ford gt40 race car which u can use, but i think it will be slower than the rest.
When i completed my a spec race i got 1.5million exp lol i have a 200% bonus atm.

what i suggest you do tho is lower the aero fully and set final drive to 330 mph.

just do the special, licences and online specials..
if you lof on for 5 days in a rom you get something like 200% extra casha nd exp
you will have plenty to go at.
