a bigger turbo will only allow more boost to be run without it going bang.

i will believe this all when i see whats been done, i knows its capable to get silly bhp from td's as there is a guy on a vw site who has a 223 bhp 1.9 tdi that started off as a 90 bhp version.

I'd guess an external oil cooler, they look similar to an intercooler but much smaller

well putting a bigger turbo on it wil mena it boosts later. I suspect it is a 1.7 I doubt a 1.5 could make a decent curve running a big turbo

im very interested it to what has been done, i know 130 bhp is easily obtainable from the 1.5 td, mind you you can get silly power out of lots of engines, its just a case of reliability.
