go produce as normal and when they ask where the mot certificate is just say you have lost it and you cant remember where it was mot,d, i can ASSURE you the most that will happen to you will be a fine of around £40-£70 its happened to me twice..

You can not get a Backdated MOT's no more as its all online unlike the paper version. i am 1000% on that one as a know them kind of people

For no insurance your looking at a IN10 which comes with at least 6 points
For no MOT prob just a small fine added onto your court costs.

So all in all your looking
6 Points and £300-£500 Fine

end of the day its your own fault, you live and learn and 1.30am is a more likley time to get spotted and stopped by police

I got stopped a few years back with no mot. when i went to produce i just said i didnt realise it had ran out and they let me off with an "informal caution"

i got 6points and £140 for invalid insurance,

and that was them being lenient as i was caught at 12:45am and the insurance was out at 120am badgers

6points is minimum for insurance

lol where did this come from!

anyway... i handed the police lady my MOT and she signed it all okay and i walked away fine

dumb police never even checked the date. btw i know it was stupid doing this and i have never done anything like this since, i was just driven by the evil side at that point... (ie women)
