unlucky mate, main thing is you are both ok!! I see many people not walking away from rtas!! I cant see the pics and a aword of advice get to your GP as much as possible it will greatly help your compensation claims!! Also if you were seen by paramedics on site you can ask of their report which will also help your case!!

i am going to cop shop at 9.30pm tonight , they wa supposed to be coming up to mine last night but dint

screw the dirty cnut for all he is worth. 90% of taxi drivers are fuc*ing pricks. Iv'e been in taxis when they have run red lights, they don't give a fuk for their saftey, their passengers, or other road users.

no i aint "acting hard" i am just having a pissed off time at the mo , think police are doin me for driving without due care and attension, speeding and sumart else ! they are also saying my witness is not goin to be used as he did not see my accident and that they r 4other witnesses that are paki taxi drivers coinsidently!

so i will now be lucky just to keep my license

i am feeling proper down now, i know it wasent me but every1 else is against me , even my m8 aint been taken as a witness because he had been drinking

time to get a solicitor matey? sounds like you have a proper case, my mate had a modded cav gsi, some woman pounded into the side of itt, he ended up with broken bones etc as did his misses, the police tried to do him for dangerous driving etc! he was a young lad driving a nice modded car. he got a solicitor and got some nice money out of it

police said that at the accident i said i took my eye off the road! i am EXTREAMLY pissed off as i know i did not say this. ffs i was in shock with blood running down my face

Surely the taxi driver shouldn't be allowed to use those witnesses as they are his work mates or whatever?

take em to court that bang out of order atm its mostly what ppl say take it to court then all the shit will not be allowed as evidence

tell your insurance company that ure willing to go to court

oh and corsa are strong lil buggers
