You dont mate, just know if it was me I would of done it properly and sent them recorded would of saved all the hassle in the long run.

and as i also explained i was at the time workin long hours and couldnt get to a post office to send them recorded!

also had no car

no home

surely then you will have been in contact with adam and a2h by now to get the correct addresses to resend cheques to, as it's also not their fault that the cheques were lost and they are both out of pocket?

however it is your fault that their cheques were cashed and no goods sent, do the right thing m8 and send the goods or refund the cash and make all parties involved feel better.
