I left on good terms and well i hope you do too.
I'm not close to my parents either and never will be. It's just one of those things but if i need them i know they will always be there for me and like wise.
You can forgive IMO but you will never forget.
I have also got wise now i'm older and to be honest i'm just gonna start looking after no 1.

Moved into rented house @ 19. I loved living at home which sounds crazy but my mum is ace but house turned up for peanuts so i couldnt turn it down

'Hoping' to get somewhere this year, I'll either be 22 or 23 depending when!
If I can't get a mortgage (have an appointment in 3 weeks to try for one), then will have to resort to renting a flat

Just turned 25 when I moved out of my parents house and got a house with my girlfriend, 26 when we split up and i got the house to myself...

May be forced to move out later this year when my mum moves away with her bloke.
I currently have about £10k of debt, but she has said she will help me out with some (or hopefully all) of that.
In which case I will either be renting with bro and a friend or may buy a little place with a mate.
Trying to change my lifestyle at the moment aswell (knock the binge drinking on the head) so not sure what's gonna happen in terms of moving in with mates blah, just dunno
Like livin at home tho it's cushty

moved out just before christmas this year, i was just 19. I hated living at home cos i didnt get on well with my mum, but we are talking more since ive moved out so it was for the best. Its expensive, but worth every penny!
