your mot goes on what your car was. eg. mine was a 1,4 so it must have the emmisions of a 1.4 no matter what engine i put in it


lol dont be silly - u had a well dodgy mot tester

u cant put a 2 litre engine thru a mot on a 1.4 emissions

your mot goes on what your car was. eg. mine was a 1,4 so it must have the emmisions of a 1.4 no matter what engine i put in it


you sure,thats deffo wrong, that means every 2.0l etc, must have the emmisions of the 1.28v etc, which is never going to happen

beardys v6 has to have same emmisions as his 1.4 that the car was standard? i dont think so

have to be wrong


mine was tested as 'unknown engine' as they couldnt put corsa 2.0 in as there is no such thing

My car passed the MOT no probs and I asked the guy if I needed the CAT and he said no as the engine was out of a non cat model

slap some twin 45's on it cheaper option than tbs and still good for 200bhp

for the size of the exaust id say even 2.5 in is to big, mines 2 1/4 same as stuyws and everybody else that got them done in burnly

2.5 is more for turbo motors
