the arrangments for the meet have been decided on, if we all meet and the weather is not good enough, the toby carvery will b the next option.
please dont try to change the arrangments at the moment as it is too late. we can all meet and then decide.

This is 80 miles drive in total and i dont fancy going out there to find we will just be going to a carvery instead 
Id rather see if we could get this postponed for a better turnout and a more enjoyable day.

we cant postpone it today as its too late to do so. not everyone attending the meet may not be able to check the site today.
The meet will still b at the arranged location, and if the BBQ idea becomes unfeasble another arrangment will be made in the form of a pub meal or carvery if there is one near by.

well as i said, the arrangments arent changing. anyone who doesnt wish to attend doesnt have to.
As i stated before, if the BBQ doesnt go ahead, there will be other arrangements made for a near by pub.

its not that far, besides what bout fran_lupo she comes ova from swansea thats a fair trek to the toby, and if i eva come ova its usually cardiff/newport this is first one that will be quite local 2 me

exactly, we cant make all the meets in one location just for particular people. at the end of the day, i arranged this meet at a certain location, time and place and the details are not changing. if you cant make it, its up to you. ooooops!!! (by kev)

ok we get the point, its about 40 miles from newport. if your not happy comin down no-one is forcing anyone, kev and what i can see evry1 else is ok coming down to porthcawl, it may be 40 miles for you this time but its always 40 miles for me and 80 for fran
