air brishing would have spoiled it, as would have the flakes i think, nice plain colour!

so its not been sprayed the blue it was meant to be? focus blue i think it was, same as the dash and interior ?? damn that would have looked so good

hi guys, not been on here all day cos computer is playing up! i know u guys gont seem to like the flakes! me and koni was worried that the paint my have looked to plan and bold and was konis idea to go with flakes! i was not sure until i opened the box and saw them, they are like silver normal untill the sun hits them and the WOW look amazing! was gutted when i saw them in flesh!

ah well, my friday night was well VERY TIRING! how was ur friday night koni????? lol

Air brushing is applied over a basecoat... which isnt applied by an air brush. Hence why i said the whole car doesnt get air brushed.

ok guys, here is wot happened on friday night! i was working till 10 cos i am a chef!

got home and had message for koni, cut long story short he left glasgow and i drove to carlile to meet him with the flakes, so theya re still going on the car! i got home after 5 in the morning! was a long trip but worth it i am sure!

thats wot happened on friday night - lol

well so far the syling of this car has been spot on so i think ya can be thrusted to choose the right paint..... ford imperial blue couldnt have made a better choice really

i normally hate OTT cars but as somebody said before about this car "it just works" cant wait to see the finished product.

saw afew pics last night of the car in base coat, looks amazing and bodywork if now perfect tanx to knois hard work!

cant wait to c it with the flakes and in the felsh tomorrow when we pick it up! then its just gonna be a case of trying to make it look finished with no ice and no exhaust etc - lol

I really cant wait to see this car, really hope i get to see it in the flesh at a show.
sounds ace, i was gonna go for ford imperial blue for my r5 turbo, but ended up goin for something slightly lighter, great colour though
