right folks.... this meet is meant to be for the whole of the East Midlands lot to get involved in.
but so far we arent getting the numbers in.... we have the following names down:
Definates:
Broster
B19 GAV
Graham
Greasemonkey
TOMAS
M Sutton
Maybe's:

the location of this meet hasnt been picked yet..... but if no1 else adds their name down to the above list.... then we may aswell hold this meet back in northy!
i know that many of you have pointed out that this next meet should be re-located from northampton.... both me and broster (+Graham) have been looking at decent places to hold the meet..... but at the moment we're getting less numbers that the old northy meets!
the plan is to wait and see how many of u lot will put ya names down.... if we get the numbers up then we'll find sumwhere (other than northampton) to host the meet..... otherwise, we may have to resort back to northampton (as we have been getting decent turn outs - 20ish cars)

At the moment guys and gals…. the interest for the next EM meet is pretty damn poor 
Where are all those ppl who asked “why have ALL the EM meets been in Northampton…. Can we have a different location (more towards the north)??? “
Your organisers have taken this point and as you all know, we were planning to find a location to suit those North EM folks as well as the regular Northampton crew.
Here is the list of thse who sed they will attend and I’ve put the location from where that person comes from:
Broster - northampton
B19 GAV – Have to travel 2 hours no matter where we hold the meet 
Graham – Lincoln
Greasemonkey - northampton
TOMAS - motts
M Sutton - northampton
Hazzle – Bedfordshire
Matt.H – burton on trent way
Alex – Nottingham
Maybe’s
Corsa120 - northampton
(I think i’ve got that right  )
Now, there is a massive number of ppl from Northampton attending this meet. Even when we have announced that this meet is likely to be held sumwhere else, they have put there names down.
The last meet we had at Northampton was very very good…. And I know that if we have the meet held back in Northampton, we will get the same number of cars turning up.
Regarding those folks from North EM who requested us to move the meet closer to them………….… where are ya’s????????? get ya bloody names down (other than those who have already done so )
I know ppl like Graham (and a few others from the north) had to travelled a long way to get to the last meet and it would have been nice to move the meet further up north to cater for ppl like him…. But the interest from that area hasn’t increased
Me and Broster (more me than Broster cos he is busy  ) really need to get the location up A.S.A.P.
So if I don’t see an increase of names from North EM…… the meet will be held in Northampton at the same place as last time!
N.B – thanx for those we have put there names down…. And I hope to see you all there

hello just a quick hello from me for now. half unpacked in my new house. still no internet for a while tho. i would like to point out gav that one or two people on that list like tomas, aint from northy. but totally agree with what gav has said. and other people, think corsa120 said the same... lets have some names. i will be attending the meet but wont be on line much so im leaving it to gav!

Sounds like a cool idea il see if i can round up some mk people to attend... we had a nice convoy up for the last meet - about 6 cars i think it was!

i think that the region needs to grow abit more (other than the northampton lot..... as there is a large following away from that area ) before we attempt to move it away from northampton!
tbh.... i think a hours drive is pretty reasonable....
it takes me over 2 hours to get to northampton but i quite enjoy the ride, and the meets are always well worth the journey.
i must add... that the location for any future meets will be looked at and if there is enough interest from ppl, then the meets will be held sumwhere else
