^^^^ Yeah cos apparently that dont cause as many accidents as speeding people who slam their anchors on for no obvious reason r w*nkers ( no personal offence intended ) I only say this cos my sis ended up in hospital cos some old deer emergency stopped for a plastic bag. Im not havin a go at u personally mate but i think this is just exactly wot speed cameras encourage

Ok maybe i've got the wrong impression on wot sort of road this was on but sometimes you've gota think that there are far more serious crimes being committed like murder, rape etc etc. Oh and having lived in Germany for 8 years I just happend to fall over their fatality stats on the non speed restricted autobahns - a lot less than British motorways. I personally think they are educated better than us!!!

Why compare German autobahns to British motorways when we're discussing doing 59mph in a 30 zone?

The only obvious reason being a bright yellow speed camera fixed at the side of the road on stretches of national speed limit dual carriageway. Speed camera's DO encourage this kind of mentality but they do have their place in certain situations.
In a 30mph zone I'll normally be doing 30mph.

JOFF - just trying to point out that as a nation of motorists they are better educated than us - on average all the roads have higher speed limits than us and less fatalities. Im not gettin in to an argument wiv ne1 - if u get caught speeding then u suffer the consequences, personally i feel there is possibly a better route of punishment than fines/points but iaint Tony Blair. As for the Hail Shitler remark - say something I havent heard before!! Have we all digressed to being 12 again!!!
