think its the m61 not sure what junction.

u'll see the stadioumn, then just jump off the motorway.

i can lead from the reebok. and stuyw is meeting there to, not sure about adam as his car aint fixed.

get to the reebok at say 7.20, leave at about 7.35 latest

if you mean car park then you come off the m'way go towards the reebok, go left at the reebok, then follow the road round to the retail park, then head to maccyz. i'll draw u a map .....hold on.
