They certainly made a bid mistake with em but because of that theres still thousands of them unsold so you can pick a top spec one for under £10k

Ok, maybe not £10k but a hell of a lot less than they were new.
I'd still prefer an early one

dont like scoobies at all! lets face it they're just a souped up family car, could be a vectra a mondeo or something like that with a mad engine in. Much rather have a proper sports car!

to be honest, i'd rather stick a 2.0 in mine than drive one of them... everyone thinks your a knob if u drive one and there are much nicer cars for the money.

A souped up family car?
You sir, are an idiot.
I don't think people are knobs that drive them, I'm usually too busy listening to them go past
I prefer the old Scoob. Bug-eyes don't look right.

well a vectra a (cav) with a phase 3.5 kit or more would be close, as that would be well over 300bhp

you didnt say that in first place LC is a legend and may be quick top end but I'd rather a breathed on Evo/Jap 4x4 for the sheer handling wow factor and acceleration saw a fake LC today in red, looked complete gash with some old bloke caning it

picture this:- fat lady in passenger seat. Oldish fat man driving. Fat man wearing an active wear vest. Red fake Lotus Carlton. Blue smoke. Tinny farty noise coming from exhaust. One Evo 6 kicking up dust ever so close to ditch as driver pisses himself laughing.
