its a skin mate and that looks like samurize (or what ever its called) if it is the beta of longhorn then good luck with it, i know a few peeps who run it and they have nothing but problems, especially with drivers etc etc

It is no Longhorn beta, its simply a modified XP.
Find a program called Style XP...available from tgtsoft.com IIRC...
Then go to http://www.themexp.org and search for Plex Mod (The name of my theme) or have a look for many others which may suit you.
For the wallpaper find a funky wallpaper on the site above or from wherever...
For the desktop sidebar go to http://www.desktopsidebar.com
Install them all and hey presto.
Any problems just give me a shout...

Not changed mine in months (not easy finding pics that look decent in 1600x1200 and leave space for icons):

Don't think he meant the skin mate, I think he meant the little app you got running that puts MSN, your system resources etc etc up the side. I'd like to know what it is too as it looks nice.
I've been running Style XP for a while now. Great software, and before that Windowblinds. Modding XP makes it different from eveyone else.

Style XP doesn't use much resources. Worth looking at. It's why I changed.

yeah, and it fucks up your computer if you're not careful.
I installed style xp and got shit loads of errors in Internet Explorer. Turned out it was the buttons i loaded.
Plus it eats resources up like mad.

as for style xp,
why dont you just crack UXtheme?
uxtheme is the dll in your installation already which only lets you use MS approved styles, crack it, bingo, use all you want, and no resourse loss from running a seperate program.
