aa or rac will get into it, otherwise
1. does the light on the key fob come on when you try to open the door? If so your fob is working so your solnoid isnt. If the fob aint working have you a spare one 
2. Rumour has it theres a way to pop doo u2u me and ill say.
I had this trouble other day  rac got me back in and had to leave window open a bit for a week, but ended up the solnoid came off the rod that pulls it up to release the catch, so it was just a case of puting the rod back on the solnoid

no its defo the battery that is flat
all the lights for the alarm etc have stopped working
