Regarding the borders, only some printers can print borderlessly anyway. Unfortunately for me, the one I need to use the ink up in is the one that doesn't!

I did this

But I cut off the drive thru bit and cropped the edges to make it look more symmetrical, made it 4 pages in width and 1 page in height.
