Green as its the second from last exit and there is only 4 exits

and as u past the 2nd exit u want to start crossing into outside lane

That picture is not an exhaustive explanation of the rules. Blue in that pic would be entitled to continue around but if he were to collide with Red when Red takes exit 3, this would be because Red has not taken heed of 163.

I'm not for one minute suggesting that I or anyone else actually goes all the way around like you can, but I'd also like people to be aware of who is at fault if there is a problem, don't rely on what you think is right then crash and get the blame.
