And you guys say 'You have to realise it's not real' - but my time I wasted trying to beat him was real, I feel I wasted my time, this is why I'm rather annoyed.
I could of just done another 6 minute 40ish lap in the porsche with 515 bhp if you were gonna be in the celica...
but to get that time, because of how slow the standard m3 is - it took a lot of time trying to get the lap perfect

does it count using "project gotham 2" on xbox?
we all know that the x-box has better graphic and is smoother

haha, and the track is nothing like the ring in Project Gotham 2, I've played it - and it's accuracy to the ring is 0.

i saw a program about it and it was meant to be realistic
saw some bikers on nurbergring that had used the game to learn the track before going on it for real.

yeh and they said 'I learnt the track on the game on the xbox... but its nothing like the real thing, for example there's no bumps' ... GT4 has all the bumps etc mapped.
There's a vid somewhere of GT4 vs real life lap of the nurburg and the 2 look so close.
http://www.gtplanet.net/plugins/p13_download_manager/getfile.php?categoryid=31&fileid=179
check it out ^^^ - quality vid.
Also adam, I wouldn't bother trying to beat the time - I wouldn't believe you even if you do.

But this is my point, and another reason which pissed me off - is that how can you believe anyone? You've proven that you can fake stuff, as you said yourself you only didn't shop out the power etc at the top (on purpose supposedly) ... so if you had shopped out the power etc at the top I wouldn't of been able to tell you had cheated.
So, how can anyone believe anything? You come back with a 7:41 - with a properly shopped pic. I'm not going to try to beat it - as if you have cheated, I'd be wasting my time.

In a standard M3? on SS tyres and no tuning?
Then I'd say well done and give you this badge.

Yes you may have spent most of Saturday trying to beat this score when you had important coursework to be doing, but who's fault is that?
